• The attendee assumes full responsibility and liability for their participation and actions in Frequency 2010 before and after event hours.

• I intend that this Waiver and Release of Liability shall be construed broadly to provide a release and waiver to the maximum extent permissible under applicable law

• The purchase of a ticket or attendance of Frequency 2010 is an agreement to all of these terms.
